The IMPLEMENT phase is a mixed method approach of interactive group sessions, 1:1 coaching and working with leaders and their individual teams. 

The length of the sessions and content will be tailored to suit the needs of your organisation and teams and are designed to enhance operational output.

Self Awareness

Initially, we will focus on individual and then team awareness.

Internal self-awareness – Focus on understanding yourself clearly. An inward understanding of your values, passions, aspirations, ideal environment, patterns, reactions and impact on others.

External self-awareness – Understanding how other people see you.

Team awareness – Understanding the direction and reality of the challenges the team faces. 

Developing Leadership

Turning theory into practice.

Developing leadership skills to enable confidence to lead business and teams forward.

Develop practical leadership skills and the opportunity to apply and adapt skills with support and feedback.

Emotional Intelligence

Increase individual and team emotional capital by exploring in-depth the following key skills:
