Culture and Strategy 

The actions and outcomes from the previous steps in our process will have started to embed the culture and behaviours into the organisational strategy.

To enable long-term behavioural change, the culture must align with the strategy of the organisation and not be viewed as a separate entity.

Throughout the programme we will be referring to the following questions on strategy and culture:

Culture and Strategy - Leadership by inspiration

Strategy – How will your strategy need to change to embed your culture?

Structure – How will you change the structure including who reports to whom?

Systems and processes – How will you change activities, procedures, processes and systems to embed and bring to life your culture?

Shared Values (behaviours)  – How will you adopt the behaviours you have agreed to embed?

Skills – How will you get the skills and competencies you need to embed your culture?

Style – How will you change the style of leadership you use to embed and bring to life your culture?

Staff – How will you get the people and resources you need to embed your culture?
